Physical and mental wellbeing As well as all the necessary personal training qualifications, Kevin is a qualified student of the CHEK institute, one of the world leaders in exercise education. His work under their instruction has introduced him to some of the most advanced and revolutionary techniques for the body. Alongside the personal fitness - and one of the driving forces behind him becoming involved in the industry in the first place - Kevin also boasts a thirty year career in martial arts. In Tae Kwon-do, he has fought competitively since he was a teenager and is a former gold medal winner at the British Championships. He is a 3rd Dan Black Belt and a qualified instructor. Broadening his horizons, Kevin has also become a student of Jujitsu and is now a 1st Dan Black Belt in that discipline as well. This wide and varied experience means you can be assured of a truly personal fitness programme, based on a wide range of knowledge, designed and undertaken with only your goals in mind.
